  17. I've been repeatedly trying to upload binary files via
  18. Kermit using TCP/IP.  Text files upload without failure
  19. but binary files are causing the error: 'TOO MANY RETRIES'
  20.  
  21. Packed length are set to 94 at both ends.
  22. I've tried other lengths, but no success.

  24. Am I doing something that Kermit 3.14 does not like?
